Performance Centre
The new £5 million ‘Box Theatre’ provides a 264-retractable seat performance hall, music recording studios and teaching spaces at Redbridge’s Chadwell Heath College campus.
Clad with Rodeca’s 40mm bicolour panels to all four elevations and the chimney. The coloured panels create a bright translucent façade during the day whilst the internal cavity lighting brings the building to life of an evening.
The performance centre was awarded the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
